Our Slow Cooking Boxes are 5kg, 10kg and 20kg. The beef is from grass fed and finished Black Angus cattle raised on our farm. The Box contains a combination of Topside Roasts, Blade Roasts, Osso Bucco, diced Chuck and Silverside and/or Corned Beef. Please note any preferences at check out, and note that some cuts may not be available. We shall do our best to accomodate requests.
Mince, Short Ribs and Brisket are available to substitute for any items, upon request, and if available. Please note any preferences at checkout.
The beef is packaged in cryovac.
Annual Subscriptions are available, with 10% off all Beef Boxes. Boxes can be delivered 2, 3, 4 or 6 times within 12 months. Please contact by email to subscribe.
